Minimum booking of four services required to travel (hair, makeup or combination of both).
Trial runs are done by appointment only and will be done at Elevate Building, 7230 Arbuckle Commons Suite 264, Brownsburg, IN 46112.
There is a $100, non-refundable deposit required to hold your wedding/event date. The deposit is applied to the final total.
After your wedding date is secured, a contract will be emailed to you (or sent via U.S. mail in the event you do not have an email address) for your review and signature. This ensures that the you have clarity of all details, pricing and other fees and policies, as well as ensures the Belles are dedicated to your special day.
The Wedding Belles love to travel and visit new and exciting venues and places. There is a $100 travel fee for up to two stylists on-site for your event within the Indianapolis and surrounding areas including (but not limited to) Downtown Indy, Avon, Brownsburg, Danville, Plainfield, Broad Ripple, Carmel, Fishers and others. Additional travel fees are added if the venue is more than 50 miles from us. If you are hiring the Wedding Belles for a photoshoot (i.e., family photos or boudoir shoot) and would like a stylist on-site during the photoshoot for touch-ups, etc., there is an additional $25 upcharge. Please note that wedding parties with four (4) or more people will require more than one stylist.
An additional $50 fee will be added for wedding services starting before 8 AM.
If the wedding/event that requires The Wedding Belles’ services is outside the metropolitan area and requires lodging for the stylists, the base price of the room will be added on to the final total.
The Wedding Belles accept payment via ApplePay, Venmo and Zelle as well as cash or personal check. Please note that due to increasing fees, we no longer accept credit cards. Personal checks can be accepted and should be made out to one of the owners – Stephanie Riley or Lacie Arnett.
The Wedding Belles understand that issues arise, and plans can change, but we ask that you give at least a 72-hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations of less than a 48-hour notice may result in a 25% charge of your estimated service total. Less than 24-hour cancellations will result in a 50% charge of your estimated service total.
